Special features for mech guns

    After the mech week a lot have seen the new guns.
    Often used were kinetic and explosive, electro magnetic was nice for the low resistance to it by the available armours, but had a wide range of damage from very low amounts to (seldom) high amounts.

    So i would suggest to add:
    Thermal guns: after hittting the enemy mechs accuracy is lowered by 10% for 2 rounds of fire (optic systems need to be readjusted)
    Electro magnetic: after hitting the probality of initiating a jump succesful is lowered by 50% for 1 round for the enemy mech (again the need of readjusting the jump AI).

    seeing how the EM weps have the interesting lines of the parts getting scrambled... that would be nice :p
